Marguerite B. Clérié Calls for “Marshall Plan” to Address 2,000 School Closures in the West

The president of the Professional Association of Private Schools (APEP), Marguerite B. Clérié, is calling for the implementation of a “Marshall Plan” for the approximately 2,000 schools that have closed in the West Department because of gang violence.
