The global labor market is undergoing a profound transformation. According to the Future of Jobs report by the World Economic Forum, by 2030, 170 million new jobs will be created worldwide, while another 92 million will be displaced. Even more significant: 39% of the skills recognized today will either be transformed or rendered obsolete. Faced with this upheaval, many see a threat. Xavier Michon, however, sees it as a window of opportunity for Haitian youth, including those who do not have access to university.
