The 32nd edition of Livres en Folie will meet readers on June 4, 2026, the day of Corpus Christi, as tradition dictates.
This year, Livres en folie will honor the writer René Depestre, patriarch of Haitian literature and the first author from the country to win a major international award: the Prix Renaudot in 1988, for Hadriana dans tous mes rêves, a novel rooted in the author’s Haitian experience.
