The choice has fallen on Marie Esther Faroul as the new Technical Secretary of the Conseil supérieur du pouvoir judiciaire (CSPJ). She succeeds Jean Hervé Alcé, who led the Technical Secretariat for only one year. Ms. Faroul thus becomes the first woman appointed to this position.
Prior to this appointment, she was a member of the National Commission for Public Procurement and worked for more than three decades in the public administration.
