Eight days after the dismissal of Frantz Monclair for serious administrative misconduct, the Port-au-Prince prosecutor’s office remains without a chief prosecutor. The transfer of Guy Alexis, until then government commissioner at the Court of First Instance of Croix-des-Bouquets, was not validated by the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ).
