Jacques Ted St Dic, a member of the Monitoring Office of the Montana Accord (BSA), raised objections regarding the proposed scheme for publishing the list of members of the Presidential Council in the official journal Le Moniteur. In a firm tone, on Magik 9, on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, Mr. St Dic expressed his "categorical opposition" to what he sees as a potential "disorder" in the Haitian political process.
