On January 23, 2024, through a decree published in the official newspaper Le Moniteur, the Henry government terminated the services of the Director-General of the National Agency of Protected Areas (ANAP), Jeantel Joseph, who held this position since May 2017.

He is replaced by a commission of five members, including members of the National Haitian Police (PNH) and the Armed Forces of Haiti (FADH).
