The Group of Eminent Personalities (GPE), appointed by the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) as mediators in the crisis, intends to reinitiate discussions between the parties involved. The envoys have sent a note to the representatives of both sides (December 21 and Joint Declaration of Kingston) to convey their intention. The meetings will be held in person in Haiti from October 29th to November 6th, 2023.
