Constructora MAR S.A. is the first and only firm currently on the blacklist of the National Public Procurement Commission (CNMP). The reasons for the sanctions imposed on the Dominican firm are outlined on this blacklist, which is available on the CNMP's website. "Constructora MAR S.A. is excluded from public procurement for a duration of two years, from March 1, 2023, to February 28, 2025, across the national territory, due to non-compliance with the provisions of the contract and service orders."
