Provisional Electoral Council Begins Voter Registration in Haiti’s West Department

After launching the electoral process on July 20 in the country’s nine other departments, the CEP is now turning its attention to the West. The official launch took place on Thursday at the Pétion-Ville National High School, in the presence of CEP President Jacques Desrosiers.
