Court of Appeal Confirms Criminal Trial for Magalie Habitant, Profane Victor, and Élionor Dévallon

The Port-au-Prince Court of Appeals ordered, on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, that former Director General of the National Solid Waste Management Service (SNGRS) Magalie Habitant, former deputy Profane Victor and former Director General of the Social Assistance Fund (CAS) Élionor Dévallon be sent before a criminal court sitting without a jury.
