Engineer Rodolphe Grégoire Emile was installed on March 5, 2026, as Director General of the Fonds d’Entretien Routier during a ceremony held at the Ministry of Public Works Transport and Communications Haiti. The installation was presided over by Minister Joseph Almathe Pierre Louis, in the presence of ministry officials and representatives of the institution.
This change comes at a time when the condition of the road network remains one of the major challenges for public authorities.
