Who Makes Up the High Command of the PNH?

After his appointment as Director General of the police, Vladimir Paraison made appointments within his inner circle, notably to strategic positions. The departmental directors, however, are not yet known. Le Nouvelliste publishes the names of those who will bear the heavy responsibility of assisting the Director General in his mission to restore security in the country.

Vladimir Paraison, Director General

Inspector General Vladimir Paraison is the new Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH). He was appointed and installed on Friday, August 8. Before this post, he twice served as Coordinator of Security at the National Palace. He was also Departmental Director of the West for the PNH.
