"The Prime Minister Ariel Henry has praised the PNH for its good work and for its good collaboration with the institution that he should, in principle, have as the head of the Superior Council of the National Police of Haiti (CSPN). However, the Prime Minister should not deceive himself. He has been in power for 31 months, yet he does nothing to pay the police their overdue promotions," criticized Lionel Lazarre, commenting on the Prime Minister's address to the nation dated February 7.
