Financial Mismanagement and Corruption Allegations in Ouanaminthe Municipality

Instances of corruption, including conducting auctions without prior expertise and without the authorization of the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSC/CA), losses and misappropriation of equipment, and disregard for the principles of free competition and open access to public procurement have been uncovered by commissioners from the Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC) at the Ouanaminthe City Hall, led by interim agent Démétrius Luma. The Court recommends, accordingly, initiating legal proceedings against this official and several of his accomplices.
