The USA and Haiti have signed a "Memorandum of Understanding" enabling the tracing of weapons used in crimes, as announced by the U.S. Department of State. "The Department of State welcomes the signing by @ATFHQ and the government of Haiti of a memorandum of understanding providing Haitian authorities with support for tracing weapons used in crimes. The Haitian law enforcement is now the 52nd agency in the world to utilize eTrace—one of the many U.S. initiatives strengthening Haiti's security," reads a tweet.
