Exit Ariel Henry, 7-Member Presidential Council to Lead Transition

After a marathon day of negotiations on Monday, March 11, 2024, under the auspices of Caricom heads of government, Haitian political actors and civil society have agreed to establish a seven-member Presidential Council to lead the transition and conduct elections.
