Jacmel: three individuals arrested for sexual assault and conspiracy

The Haitian National Police, through the Southeast Departmental Directorate, arrested three individuals on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, for sexual assault and conspiracy. The suspects are Jonathan André (23), Marcéus Louvens (23), and Siméon Naïm (56). The suspects were apprehended in the locality of Jean Malois. A homemade pistol was seized from Jonathan André, who admitted to using it with his accomplices since July 2025. The three men are in custody while the Departmental Judicial Police (SDPJ) continues the investigation to determine their level of involvement and allow for judicial follow-up, said the PNH.
