David Coles, president of the Association of Industries of Haiti (ADIH) emphasized that "the security of lives and property is essential" for the revival of local industries.
While participating in Panel Magik on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, Richard Coles indicated that in addition to security factors, local industries need reliable and less expensive access to energy, the establishment of funds for equipment replacement, well-established logistical and customs solutions, and support to improve service quality, training, and market access.
