Unless a decision is made to the contrary, Haitians will go to the polls on December 13 to choose the future leaders of the Republic. In fact, candidates for the presidency and other elected offices are already known. It remains unclear, however, whether they all have a political platform that is available to the public. Whether the answer is yes or no, it would be a good idea for our official and prospective candidates to take a look at the World Bank’s latest report on Haiti.
