This is the fourth agreement between the political class and civil society to share power since the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse in July 2021. The common points among all these documents: the restoration of security and the organization of elections, and incidentally, the distribution of government and public administration posts. Only the sharing of power has so far been respected.
