National Education Fund Condemns "Defamatory Campaign," Prepares Legal Action

The National Education Fund (FNE) deplores and denounces, through its Director General, Jean Ronald Joseph, a "smear campaign on social media" against himself and executives of the institution. During a press briefing held at the FNE offices on Tuesday, April 16, Mr. Joseph rejected "false allegations" circulating on social media, pointing out the "politicization of an administrative matter."

For several weeks, the FNE has been at the center of debates on social media regarding alleged administrative mismanagement. To put an end to these rumors, the Director General of the FNE faced the press. Jean Ronald Joseph denounced a smear campaign "which damages" his reputation, his family, and the institution's executives. According to the FNE's Director General, this campaign is the work of certain "detractors" who are exploiting an "administrative matter" for "political purposes."
