Luís Abinader and Albert Ramdin Discuss OAS Action Plan Against Gangs

Dominican President Luis Abinader met on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, with the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Albert Ramdin, to discuss the security crisis in Haiti.
