According to the government, 'the initiative aims to strengthen waste management, community reforestation, and the professional integration of youth in five departments: Ouest, Artibonite, Nord, Nord-Est, and Centrale. The project notably plans to train at least 2,000 young leaders to promote environmental responsibility and social cohesion. The two officials also discussed funding mechanisms and the development of a roadmap for the launch of initial interventions, coordinated by the Ministry of the Environment.<\/p>
