The plug-in hybrid vehicle is making its debut on the Haitian automotive market. Caribe Motors is introducing two plug-in hybrid models, or PHEVs (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle): the Jetour G700, a large all-terrain SUV, and the GAC S7, a family SUV.

According to Jean Marc Lebrun, the general director of Caribe Motors, these would be the first plug-in hybrid vehicles officially marketed in Haiti by an authorized dealer, complete with manufacturer's warranty and local after-sales service. The company states it has been working
