Ernst Pierre Vincent appointed rector of the UPO

The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) announces, in a circular, the appointment of Ernst Pierre Vincent as rector of the Public University of the West (UPO). Holder of a PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution obtained from Nova Southeastern University (United States), he will serve a term of four years, in accordance with the decree on higher education. The MENFP invites the academic and administrative staff, as well as the students from institutions in the Palmes region and La Gonâve, to give him their full cooperation in carrying out his mission.<\/p>
