"Investing in justice means investing in development," stated Marthel Jean Claude of the Professional Association of Magistrates (APM), who was invited to Panel Magik on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.<\/p>
Referring to the obstacles to modernizing the judicial system, particularly the lack of financial resources, the magistrate argued that strengthening justice is essential for the country's development. Without this investment in justice, the development of Haiti will remain, in his view, a "pious wish."<\/p>
