The Catholic Church in Haiti reported the loss of several infrastructures in Kenscoff, including the parish located in Godet, informed Father Marc Henry Siméon, spokesperson for the Episcopal Conference of Haiti (CEH), on the airwaves of Magik9, Monday, September 28, 2026.<\/p>
According to Marc Henry Siméon, since the attacks in January 2025, armed bandits have set fire to the residence of the priest in Kenscoff and attempted to set fire to the church in the municipality. He emphasized that the Catholic Church is heavily affected by the actions of criminal groups.<\/p>
