Justice: 119 magistrates certified out of 159 files, 17 certifications refused by the CSPJ

The Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) published, on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, the conclusions of its working retreat held from September 7 to 10. Out of 159 files of judges and government commissioners examined, 119 magistrates have been certified, while 17 had their certification refused, notably for reasons related to their professional and moral integrity. Furthermore, two resignations, seven retirements, and 14 files awaiting additional investigations have been reported according to the institution's report.<\/p>
