Haiti: 100,000 children vaccinated

More than 100,000 children were immunized in Haiti during a campaign led by the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP), supported by the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO). Conducted from July 27 to August 1 in the Centre and Artibonite regions, and then from August 11 to 18 in the West, the operation provided essential vaccinations against polio, measles-rubella, as well as diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (DTP). The beneficiaries were children aged 0 to 5 years who had not received any doses or had not completed their vaccination schedule.<\/p>
