Pierre Espérance, executive director of the National Network for the Defense of Human Rights (RNDDH), confirmed the arrest of four agents from different specialized units of the PNH in Diègue on September 12. These agents were found in a vehicle with a tied-up person.<\/p>
Speaking on Panel Magik on Monday, September 21, 2026, Pierre Espérance indicated that these four agents are protected by high-ranking individuals within the police institution. He promised that the RNDDH would publish the names of those involved in this case in the near future.<\/p>
