The ceremony took place at the National Palace, in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship, Raina Forbin, and several dignitaries. On this occasion, the two officials reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation, particularly in the areas of security, agriculture, education, and culture, according to a statement from the Prime Minister's Office.
