On a mission in Haiti for the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), former Minister of National Education and Vocational Training Nesmy Manigat believes that “in Haiti, we cannot choose between responding to the crisis and preparing for the future.” “Schools must do both: protect children today and build the country of tomorrow.
