Reynold Guerrier, directeur général de l'ONI

The Director General of the National Office of Identification (ONI), Reynold Guerrier, claims to have proposed to the CEP to allow voters to verify their registration on the membership lists of political structures and to withdraw if they have not granted their consent.

Invited to the morning show of Magik9 on Friday, September 4, 2026, Mr. Guerrier lamented the rejection of this proposal, deemed not provided for by the electoral decree. He hopes it will be included in case of modification of said decree.
