The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) establishes a registration and voting center at SONAPI

The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) opened a Registration and Voting Center (CIV) at the National Society of Industrial Parks (SONAPI) on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, equipped with three (3) registration stations. This center aims to facilitate the access of the population of the municipality of Cité-Soleil and the surrounding areas to the voter registration process. During the opening ceremony, the president of the CEP, Jacques Desrosiers, reaffirmed the institution's commitment to bring electoral services closer to citizens, especially in areas where access constraints may pose an obstacle to the exercise of their civic rights.<\/p>
