The Gang Suppression Force (GSF) will not have, by October, the 5,500 uniformed personnel authorized by the United Nations Security Council. This was revealed by Force spokesperson Igor Rugwiza while appearing on the morning program of Magik 9 on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. The delay is due to logistical constraints, Rugwiza explained.
