Kenscoff. Thursday, July 9, 2026. Robin resembled a morgue. By late afternoon, an intervention by the police and community security brigades succeeded in pushing back the bandits. They left behind a trail of death and devastation. Law enforcement officers discovered eight bodies inside a house not far from a tap-tap station. Three had been burned. The remaining five—the bodies of four men and one woman—were still awaiting recovery, Kenscoff Mayor Massillon Jean told Le Nouvelliste.
