For several years now, Samuel Suffren’s name has regularly appeared at major international film events. This year again, the Haitian filmmaker is reaching a new milestone by participating in Fabrique Cinéma 2026, a program led by the Institut français in partnership with the Cannes Film Festival and the Marché du Film. Through this selection, his project “Pays poète éternel” will benefit from support aimed at facilitating its development and fundraising efforts.
