The FIFA World Cup is approaching. The Haitian national team, 52 years after its last participation, is set to play its first match against Scotland, led by Steve McTominay, in Boston on June 13, 2026. The Grenadiers will also face Brazil, featuring Vinicius, and Morocco, led by Achraf Hakimi.
The State will announce in the coming days its support to the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) as well as bonuses for the players. The government will also cover the broadcasting rights for the World Cup, Le Nouvelliste has learned.
