Flying Above a Nest of Vultures

After reading the electoral calendar, I find myself wondering where the madness lies. Is it on the side of the clique of budget-gluttons who run this country, or within the Haitian people as a whole?

Here we have people who enjoy no legitimacy whatsoever, who were parachuted to the head of the State through clan networks, the will of the international community, and the contingencies of history — and who decide to impose on us a project that, by euphemism, one could call insane. But as expected, this sinister démarche
