Jocelin Vilier, the General Director of the National Port Authority (APN), confirmed to Le Nouvelliste that bandits attacked Caribbean Port Services S.A (CPS). A portion of the port facilities is no longer under the control of security forces who are attempting to regain control. The incidents occurred on Thursday, March 7, 2024.
